"Our Lynchburg Family"

For the past 6 years that we have lived in Lynchburg our friends have become more like "family" to us! We have developed life long meaningful friendships that we cherish so deeply. It has been an incredible blessing to be able to share life's struggles, celebrations, highs and lows with one another. Every Tuesday night you will find us piled in our living room for "Trashy TV Night" to watch the "Biggest Loser" or "The Bachelor/Bachelorette". During holidays you can find us all gathered around our "family table" to share a meal together! For birthdays our house is filled with laughter as we play games and celebrate of the life of the one born on that day and anytime there has been a snow storm we have made amazing memories of sleepovers, big breakfasts, lots of games and giggles! I am so thankful for these special people in my life and all that they mean to me! I love you all!

"Appledents", "Ah-Ah's", and "Tweet Tweets" oh my!

Since the day we found out I was pregnant Best had asked me if she could take "baby" to the zoo! ha! So after 2 long years of waiting we took Kelsie to the NC Zoo in Asheboro, North Carolina while Best was visiting for the week of her spring break! We had a blast and Kelsie loved seeing all the animals!

Looking at the Lizards!

They found the bears!

Everything in the Zoo was "Kelsie's"! ha! She would see an animal and say "Those Baby's appledents!" "Those baby's monkeys!" in this picture she was looking at "Baby's doggies!" They were actually seals but she insisted on calling them doggies! ha!

Us in an igloo!

She was so sad to leave......

April Fun!

Running in the park!

Kelsie LOVES to brush her teeth! She would stand their and brush them all day if I would let her!

Kelsie has a new fascination with ants...who she calls "Nemmies"! We have NO idea why she calls them that! The other day she was very quiet then all of a sudden I here "Here nemmie, nemmie, nemmie" I go to the hall by our front door and she is laying on her belly with her head resting on her hands and is talking to the "Nemmies" like they are lifelong friends! ha!

Rainy days are meant for cute rain boots!

Hippity, Hoppity, Easter's on its way!

Here are some pictures from our Easter celebrations in the burg! We had a great time dyeing Easter eggs with our friends and then having a big "Family Lunch" on Easter Sunday!
